Who is Forensic Architecture?
Forensic Architecture (FA) is a research group based at Goldsmiths, University of London. They bring together experts from different fields like human rights, journalism, architecture, art and aesthetics, academia and law to explore new ways of understanding and investigating important world events. Their work often involves looking at spaces and using creative digital methods to uncover information that might otherwise be missed. Over the years, FA has become known for developing new approaches that help us understand complex issues in fresh and meaningful ways.
What do Forensic Architecture do?
Forensic Architecture uses advanced technology to examine places where important events have happened. By carefully studying images, videos, and creating digital models of these locations, they can piece together what occurred and reveal details that may not be obvious at first glance. They apply these methods to a variety of cases worldwide, helping to bring clarity to complex situations and uncover new information.
