Trigger is an NPO organisation located in a Somerset AONB valley in the beautiful Mendip Hills. Headed up by directors Angie Bual Natalie Adams alongside their team, Emma Hogg (Interim CEO), Phoebe Stringer (Producer) Natalie Skidmore (Finance and Ops Manager) Letty Gardener (Assistant producer) and Alison Jones (Administrator) they dream-up, create and produce bold and brave live events. They interrupt daily life, reimagine and revive public spaces, and put audiences and togetherness at the heart of everything we do. Their work is accessible, inclusive and boundary pushing. It’s always memorable, often large-scale and outdoors. They create epic, imaginative spaces, fly giant dragons and grow magical pop-up gardens. Trigger’s vision is brought to life by diverse teams of cross-disciplinary artists, academics and creatives and aims to shine a spotlight on the creativity of local communities. They use our platform to showcase new, emerging, inspiring talent. When they are handed the microphone, they use it to highlight issues that are important to us all, even if they are difficult to navigate.
