Fringe Arts Bath (FaB) aims to raise the profile of contemporary visual arts in Bath and beyond, providing early-career and emerging Curators and Artists with a platform for development as well as opportunities to test their ideas beyond the gallery-based arts scene.
FaB facilitates collaborative projects between Curators, Artists and commissioning bodies throughout the year, we are interested in hearing about new initiatives you might have.
In May and June every year, Fringe Arts Bath Festival puts art in unusual places for people to happen across and engage with during a two-week festival of contemporary visual art with exhibitions, performance, events and workshops, running alongside the Bath Fringe Festival.
The Bath Open Art Prize is a competition with an annual exhibition and awards run by FaB.
Fringe Arts Bath is a non profit-making artist-led organisation, founded by Arran Hodgson in 2007.
Scarlett Mosnier, Arts Producer for FaB, is using this residency at The Studio to seek funding, strengthen FaB’s work and grow its offer for Curators and Artists.
