After teaching English as a second language across the world for many years, John completed a coding bootcamp at iO Academy in Bath while finishing his MA in creative writing. He has written two novels, the first being an ‘autofiction’ novel called ‘Darkness Cometh,’ which is based on domestic abuse. The second is a high fantasy novel entitled ‘Folklore,’ a story about a small group of heroes tasked with discovering the source of a growing evil that threatens the land.
John has a number of years of experience in working within the film and TV industries in North America. He has written feature length and short screenplays, and would love to put some of them into production someday.
